I am more than impressed by this hotel. It says 2* but this is most definitely a 3 or 4 star. Rose the night manager checked me in quickly. I got a jacuzzi bedroom suite and everything was above what I expected. I’m only in town 2 nights. I travel for my business my room was clean, fully stocked with towels and personal care items, mini fridge, microwave in room, 50 inch I think flat screen with cable channels, can also cast from your phone to the TV and play music. Everything was clean, parking safe and secure. There’s a huge mall within close walking distance with several restaurants and the hotel also serves food and they have a bar. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with real food. Convenient location to the freeway. I will come again and again. Thank you

I always get the jetted tub room and it is always spotless. I mostly see Rose when I come through and she is always friendly, helpful and compassionate. The hotel is tastefully decorated, room is large with some nice touches to make it feel like a plushy posh place, such as a bathrobe, hotel quality linens on the comfortable mattress. This hotel is in my top three in California
Room was great - a mini- suite really. Bedroom with comfortable king bed and TV. Separate living room with sofa, armchair, TV, desk with chair, fridge and microwave. Outdoor pool good. Breakfast best we've experienced in USA - so many choices too many to list. Really excellent lodging at a very good price.
I stayed at their competitor the Holiday Inn the following night Same room, but spa leaked and was just plopped in the room. The Radisson spa was beautifully tiled They truly have a room set up for business with a great wifi connection and updated electronics, unlike the holiday Inn who didn't have HDMI connections on the 15 year old television. RADISSON beds were soft and were quality mattresses, the work desk in the room was long and convient a stark contrast to their competitor. The description of the rooms are almost identical ;however the Radisson is true to their description of the room and did I mention the Radisson is $100.00 less per night! The quality of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff is very good I would recommend the Radisson above any other higher end hotel accommodation in Bakersfield.
